The Senior Access Points Website has been up and running for over a year, and it is now time for review. This Self Directed Volunteer team will spend up to 6 months researching website upgrades, identifying and create new content, developing a schedule for new content and gathering community input.

Specific Outcomes to be achieved:

  • Map out a year’s worth of slider feature features, develop a schedule, create content.

  • Identify blogs/articles for the 9 topic areas of the website.

  • Identify potential new website features.

  • Gather input from community members on website upgrades.

What skills are needed to accomplish the outcome?

  • Interest in making the SAP website as user friendly as possible.

  • A few team members to write content.

  • One team leader who can schedule meetings, report back to the SAP leadership team and manage the process.

    Training and Support

This team will be supported by the PAFC priority committee working on the Health and Wellness issues. A member of the priority group will serve as liaison between the team and the PAFC.  The priority group provides oversight, counsel, support, and resources needed to plan and produce the event. Once the team is established there will be an initial training that covers project expectations and team process. A volunteer coordinator will be available throughout the project to address issues rising within the team itself.
