Join us at CSU’S Center for Healthy Aging for the Strong People, Strong Bodies Program! This FREE, 12-week program is designed for mid-life and older adults who are interested in building their strength through resistance, balance, and flexibility exercises.

Information for this program (running Tuesdays and Thursdays, June 3-August 28) will be available at the CSU Center for Healthy Aging On May 22.
